Pasta made by hand each morning
Before the doors open, our tagliatelle is rolled and cut by hand on a flour-dusted marble bench, so every plate tastes of today.

Our Story · The Waterfront
Every morning our Italian-trained chef shapes fresh pasta by hand, keeping the soul of an Italian family kitchen alive in the Waterfront.
La Storia

Every morning
It began at Nonna Lucia's kitchen table, where Sunday flour was swept into a well, eggs cracked into its heart, and a ragù murmured on the stove for hours. Her recipes were never written down, only passed from hand to hand, taught by touch and taste.
Italian-trained
Then came Italy. Our head chef trained in Italian kitchens, learning the patience of fresh pasta, the respect for a few honest ingredients, and the quiet drama of cooking with live fire.
Wood-fired
With those lessons and Nonna's recipes, we opened our doors in the Waterfront: warm plaster walls, dark wood tables, a wood-fired oven at the heart of the room, and a marble bench dusted white with flour.
Nightly
Now, every morning begins with pasta rolled and cut by hand, and every evening ends in candlelight, with branzino from the oven, tiramisù della nonna and the gentle clink of glasses. Ogni sera, a little piece of Italy, served with love.
Le Promesse
Whether it's a quiet table for two or a long Sunday lunch, this is what Nonna Lucia guarantees.
Before the doors open, our tagliatelle is rolled and cut by hand on a flour-dusted marble bench, so every plate tastes of today.
Our signature dishes, from whole branzino to bubbling bakes, take their final kiss of smoke and char in a traditional wood-fired oven.
Our head chef learned the craft in Italy and leads every service, tasting, adjusting and plating with quiet precision.
Warm brick, flickering candles and linen-set tables make the evening feel special, whether it's a date night, a celebration or Sunday family lunch.

I Nostri Ospiti
Date nights, birthdays, client dinners and long Sunday lunches: here is how evenings at Nonna Lucia feel from the table.
From the moment we sat down, it felt like being welcomed into someone's family kitchen. The staff remembered our names by the second course, and the tagliatelle al ragù was silky, rich and clearly made by hand that morning. Grazie, Nonna Lucia. We'll be back for every anniversary.
“They styled our table beautifully for my husband's birthday and brought out tiramisù with a handwritten message. Pure magic.”
“Hosted twelve clients on the chef's set menu. Flawless pacing, gracious service, and the wood-fired branzino stole the night.”
“Our new Sunday ritual: fresh pasta to share, the kids happy, and nobody in a hurry to leave.”
