A candlelit dark wood table set for two with linen napkins

The Waterfront

Pasta rolled by hand each morning, dishes kissed by our wood-fired oven, and a candlelit room made for lingering.

Benvenuti

Benvenuti a tavola

Step in from the evening and find the soul of an Italian family kitchen, tucked away in the Waterfront. Each morning our pasta is rolled and cut by hand on the marble bench; each night our signature dishes are finished in the glow of the wood-fired oven. The candles are lit, the linen is pressed, and your table is waiting.

Stay a while. Pour another glass. This is how Nonna always meant dinner to be.

Candlelight flickers across warm brick, the oven glows from the open kitchen, and the evening slows to an Italian pace. Whether it's a first date or a fortieth anniversary, your table is waiting in the Waterfront.

I Classici

Four Dishes Nonna Would Approve

A taste of tonight's menu: pasta rolled this morning, fire-kissed fish and a tiramisù worth saving room for.

Antipasto

  • Burrata with Heirloom Tomatoes$10

Creamy burrata torn open over sweet heirloom tomatoes, fresh basil and a generous pour of extra-virgin olive oil.

Primo

  • Tagliatelle al Ragù$12

Silky ribbons of tagliatelle cut by hand this morning, folded through slow-cooked ragù and finished with aged parmesan.

Secondo

  • Wood-Fired Branzino$25

Whole Mediterranean sea bass roasted in our wood-fired oven with lemon, herbs and olive oil, crisp-skinned and tender within.

Dolce

  • Tiramisù della Nonna$6

Nonna's own recipe: espresso-soaked savoiardi layered with clouds of mascarpone and a dusting of dark cocoa.

Fatto a Mano

From Dawn Flour to Candlelight

Every plate begins on our marble bench at sunrise and ends, hours later, glowing at your table.

  1. 01

    Begin at the marble bench

Before the city wakes, flour is mounded on cool marble and golden eggs are folded in by hand. The dough rests, silky and patient, just as Nonna taught.

    Dawn
  2. 02

    Roll and hand-cut the pasta

Our Italian-trained chef rolls each sheet paper-thin, then cuts tagliatelle ribbons by knife, not machine. A dusting of flour, a gentle nest, and it waits for evening.

    Morning
  3. 03

    Simmer, then kiss with fire

Ragù bubbles low for hours while the wood-fired oven builds its amber heat. Branzino and signature dishes are finished in its glow, smoky at the edges and tender within.

    Afternoon
  4. 04

    Serve by candlelight

Pasta is tossed to order and carried to your table, steam rising into soft candle flame. Pour the wine, lean in, and let the evening unfold, piano piano.

    From 6pm

Lo Chef

A Nonna's Recipes, an Italian-Trained Hand

Head chef in crisp whites hand-cutting ribbons of fresh tagliatelle

Every morning, before the candles are lit, our Italian-trained head chef is at the marble bench, folding eggs into flour and rolling sheets of pasta by hand. The techniques were learned in Italian kitchens; the patience comes from years of doing it the slow, proper way.

The heart of the menu belongs to Nonna Lucia: a slow Sunday ragù, a tiramisù made exactly as she taught it, dishes meant to be shared around a crowded table. We finish them in our wood-fired oven and bring them to you in the Waterfront with the same warmth as a family kitchen. Benvenuti a casa.

They styled our corner table and wrote on her tiramisù. She said yes by candlelight, and we come back every anniversary.
